Regal Chlorinators – 216-930 – Chlorination System

The Regal Chlorinators Chlorination Systems, part number 216-930, main purpose is to chlorinate water, waste-water, and industrial process water with gas chlorine. A Regal Gas Chlorinator is a must-have in the industry thanks to its simple and efficient design, and safe, long-lasting service. It also features a system back-up for each cylinder, ensuring service can continue should any service be required on a chlorinator.

This vacuum-operated system is designed to automatically switch the chlorine feed to a full cylinder when a cylinder empties. Since the chlorinator switchover is self-actuating, this product eliminates the need for a separate switchover module.

When under pressure, water is forced through the ejector nozzle which creates a strong vacuum in the ejector body. Gas is pulled into the ejector through a special valve, then into the nozzle outlet. Once the gas mixes with the ejector water, it is discharged through the diffuser into the water that’s being treated. The ejector is designed to withstand static backpressure up to 200 psig.

The chlorinators are designed to be mounted directly on a chlorine cylinder valve, wall manifold, or REGAL Model Tay-200 ton container adaptor.
